Products & Availability

We work hard to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, availability, and other information are accurate. Occasionally, errors may occur.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many products sold by Slipcover Shop are custom-made based on furniture style, measurements, fabric selections, photographs, or other customer-provided information.

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing:

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, orders generally cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or errors made by Slipcover Shop.

Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, pattern placement, stitching, or finish are normal characteristics of custom-made textile products and are not considered defects.

Fabric Colors & Samples

We make every effort to accurately display fabric colors, textures, and product imagery.

Actual colors may vary due to:

We strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before purchasing custom-made products.

Slipcover Shop is not responsible for:

  • Fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements
