Shipping Policy

We're New Yorkers. We like to move fast. Our warehouse prepares packages for delivery Monday - Thursday, excluding national holidays. Non-custom orders typically ship within 24 hours; custom orders typically take 5 business days to produce, but this can vary based on the complexity of the order and the accuracy of the measurements provided. We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $100 within the continental U.S.

Free Shipping

We keep this offer simple so we can keep it consistent for everyone.

  • Orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax) ship free
  • Applies to the 48 contiguous states
  • Ships via standard ground (typically 3–5 business days once it’s on the way)

There are a few situations where free shipping doesn’t apply:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses
  • Select rural locations where carriers charge unusually high delivery fees (e.g., the cost of shipping is 50% or more of the cost of the order).

If your order falls into one of those categories, we’ll reach out before shipping with options.

Faster Shipping

  • If you need a package quickly, you can select Faster Shipping at checkout. 
  • Faster Shipping is usually 2-day Air, available via FedEx or UPS (we'll check carrier rates and timelines before shipping to ensure you get the package as quickly as possible). 
  • Faster Shipping is priced based on Carrier Rates, plus a $3 handling fee (since we need to take extra steps to prioritize your order).

Standard Shipping

  • For orders less than $100, or orders made outside the contiguous United States, you can select Standard Shipping.
  • Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days, once we ship the package, and is provided via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. 
  • You'll be able to pay for standard shipping at checkout. 

Returns & exchanges

Free shipping covers getting your order to you.
If you need to send something back—for a return, exchange, or adjustment—return shipping is handled by the customer.

Other good-to-knows

  • Delivery times are estimates once your order ships (production time may come first, depending on the item)
  • If an order changes and drops below $100, free shipping may no longer apply
  • For very large or unusual orders, we may need to review shipping costs and follow up if anything looks out of the ordinary
