The best thing about this custom slipcover was the customer service to get it. When the slipcover first arrived, it didn't fit the couch, apparently due to the couch's unusual shape not working well with the custom cover measurements, and possibly some manufacturing problems as well. When I contacted them to describe the problem, that got on a long video call and walked through taking new measurements. They sent me a shipping label to send the old cover back, and shipped me a new cover that fits better. So I'm very happy with how they stand behind their products.
