In person this color is more grey than the toasty grey brown from the image. It's very smooth to the touch with a pattern that looks printed on like linoleum floor made to look like marble. This color is exceptional, but would work best with a different texture. I'm still considering it for a futon cover, but may just order it as a pillow cover.
