To Everyone at Slipcovershop.com: Thank you, thank you, thank you! My wife and I are very satisfied with the materials, services and products we received from SlipcoverShop.com. We requested and promptly received a half dozen fabric samples. The samples enabled us to match colors and make decisions regarding fabric quality/durability and feel. We submitted the required measurements and photographs. Yes, measuring is an involved process but given the task being undertaken it is completely understandable. Our contact at SlipcoverShop.com, Carolina, requested full-sized templates of two specific parts of our 2 furniture pieces due to their unique shapes and features. We especially appreciated that Carolina emailed us to tell us that they had received the templates we mailed to her. Great customer service throughout! Ultimately our hard work paid off! We received our slipcovers and cushion covers and installed them on our furniture. (Please see attached "Before" and "After" photos of our Love Seat and Chair) The finished products are spot on in every way! Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars! We are extremely happy with the fit of the slipcovers, the quality of the materials, and the products' craftsmanship. We'll be using these furniture pieces in our Air BnB. I nervously decided to get slipcovers made for my sleep sofa and I am so happy that I did. Carolina was very patient and walked me through my fear of making mistakes with measurements, and, together, in the end, I was confident that we had done a good job. I soon found out that I was not wrong because the cushion covers and the basic cover for the couch fitted perfectly like a glove. There is quite a variety of fabric options but I picked a fabric and color that was very similar to the original fabric of my couch, quality is excellent and the price is good. I would recommend this company 100%. The staff is great - friendly, professional and confident. Slip covers are such an easy hygiene and decor fix.
