I was very disappointed with this purchase. The slipcover was significantly oversized for the chair despite following the sizing guidance, resulting in a loose, ill-fitting appearance that looked nothing like the product photos.
I also experienced poor customer service during the return process. My return request was approved, but after that communication stopped. It has now been 11 days, and I have not received any further instructions, updates, or confirmation regarding my return.
Between the poor fit and the lack of follow-up support, this was a frustrating experience. I would appreciate an update on the status of my return and refund as soon as possible.

Fit my chairs with minimal difficulty. Have to keep pushing in material as it always bunches up.
