My first order of sofa cushion covers arrived quickly and fit perfectly. My second order was a big letdown. I had to pay *** dollars extra to have the ottoman cover arrive in time for company. The cover was over 3 inches too long. I had even taken extra measurements so that it fit right. I am now waiting to send it back. I am very disappointed with the inaccurate result. I asked about the extra *** charge I paid to receive a cover that I couldn't use. Waiting to get an answer. I'm not sure if I will order anything again.
