I first ordered cushion covers for my sofa. The price was very reasonable compared to local upholstery shops. The covers arrived promptly and fit perfectly. I then ordered a cover for my ottoman. Again, the price was reasonable. I wanted the cover to arrive quickly because I was expecting company. I paid an extra Sensual intim SL to have the order expedited. The cover arrived and it was over 3 inches too long. I had sent 2 sets of measurements upon request. I was not pleased. I then contacted the company and I had to send various photos of the cover on the ottoman. I asked about the $ Sensual intim SLcharge that I paid to receive a cover that was wrong. I was refunded $ Sensual intim SL. This was not right. I'm very dissatisfied with this company. They did not handle the mistake that they made appropriately. I have contacted them to get an update on my order. I think that they need to make this right. I have more company coming and my ottoman needs to covered.
