I do really appreciate being able to order a custom made slipcover. It was good that a representative called me to make sure they understood my order and why the dimensions were unusual. I received the completed project in the timeframe as promised. However, one of the slipcovers was not completely sewn properly. I reported this issue via their website and was contacted by another representative. I was given two options 1) return the slipcover for them to fix and send it back to me or 2) They refunded a small portion of the cost so I could have someone local do the repair. Both options were fine. I opted for #2, and the refund covered the cost of the repair. The bolsters are now in place and look great!

These were replacement covers for cushions in my living room. One was for an ottoman, and the other 2 were for a coffee table with cushions on either side. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked me about them. The quality is excellent, and I was very pleased with the covers.

We built a storage sectional sofa and needed custom covers for the cushions. The product we received was very nice and fit perfectly. We did run into one small glitch (my fault) with part of the order. I measured wrong and part of the covers needed to be altered. They offered to make the alterations at a very reasonable price and send them back to me. Overall, I would recommend their services to anyone.
