I couldn't give 5 stars but 4 is less than what I'd like to rate (4.5 to 4.75 would be my rating). I ordered a cover for my ottoman that has an attached top cushion. I called customer service and spoke to *** who answered my measurements questions and we also discussed my desire to have a second seam around the top where the cushion attached to the base so it wouldn't look like one big block. I hadn't taken the pictures at that time but she told me to mention her name in the comments section of the order along with my preferred measurements (they needed to be between a 1/2" and full inch) and the description of the seam and she would explain it to the people doing the slipcover. I was a little surprised that I wasn't contacted after you received the order since I thought you may need more clarification on the additional seam but I figured you knew what you were doing so didn't think anything more about it. When I received the slipcover (very speedy service, especially considering we are on different coasts), I was disappointed the seam wasn't there but figured it couldn't be done. I put it on my ottoman and ended up tucking the material in under the cushion since its so deep which also solved the problem of the length being too long. It looks really good tucked in so I put some upholstery pins in it to hopefully keep it in place so it worked out after all. I would definitely recommend you to others and if the opportunity presents, will use you again. The material is perfect and goes very nicely with my beige sofa of similar fabric.
