I received my couch & ottoman covers, and now the whole set is together and looks LOVELY!! They really doesn't even look like slipcovers -- it looks like a new furniture, and I am still amazed at how accurately the arms and skirt were made and in general how well they fit. I received my furniture and cushion slipcovers last week (only 4 days after ordering custom!), but I just put them through their first wash AND dry and not only did they come out in the same condition as they went in, they were softer and prettier! I have had a lot of experience with upholstery and ready made slipcovers...and when I came across your site, I was fed up with previous purchases and lured by your "semi-custom" offers ( I got the ready made couch and loveseat covers and then topped them with custom back and seat cushions). Despite my measuring inexperience. they fit PERFECT...the "semi-custom" phrase is an understatement since my couches truly look custom covered! I am really in shock here...this is the best product and service I have had in years and it was all done with my tape measure and internet (and your talented staff of course). Chivalry is NOT dead!

The extra loveseat seat cushion cover is for our puppies and my husband so I thought an extra would be a good idea. My husband naps on it, but the puppies are up and down and up and down - you get my drift.
