If you need to change or cancel an order or portion of your order, we will attempt to do so. In order to make a request to change or cancel your order you must e-mail us as soon as possible. All requests must be e-mailed and must contain your order number. Upon receipt of a change an e-mail will be sent to confirm your request.

Most Custom Slipcovers are made within 3 days, therefore if you need to cancel or change an order contact immediately.
